We want every customer to be delighted with their book. Here's a clear breakdown so there are no surprises.

- Book arrived damaged in shipping
- Printing quality issues (blurry, color off, dark)
- Pages missing, out of order, or blank
- Cover doesn't match your approved preview
- Wrong binding type received
- Misspelling of a name we introduced
- Book doesn't match your proof in any way
⚠️ Reviewed Case by Case
- Low-resolution photo submissions that resulted in blurry prints
- Color variation between screen and print (screens vary widely)
- Content changes requested after printing started
- Delays due to weather or carrier issues
✕ Not Covered
- Typos or errors you approved in the preview
- Change of mind after printing
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
- Requests for cash refunds on correctly printed books
💡 Always Preview Before You Order
Our platform lets you review every single page of your book before placing your order. We strongly recommend using this — it's the best way to catch any errors before printing. Once you approve and submit your order, we begin production promptly.
How to Request a Reprint
The process is simple and we'll guide you through it every step of the way.
Contact Us Within 14 Days
Email hello@memorybinding.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the problem are always helpful.
We Review Within 1 Business Day
A real team member reviews your case — not an automated system. We'll confirm receipt and let you know what we need from you.
We Approve Your Reprint
For covered issues, we approve the reprint immediately. For case-by-case situations, we'll communicate honestly about what we can do and why.
Your New Book Ships Within 7–10 Business Days
We re-enter your book into production immediately. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships — typically 5–7 business days after approval.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order
We start production quickly after an order is placed, so our window for changes is limited.
Within 2 hours of ordering: Contact us immediately at hello@memorybinding.com and we'll do our best to cancel or pause your order before it enters production. There is no fee for cancellations made within this window.
After 2 hours: Once your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund, as custom print production costs are incurred immediately. However, if you need to make a correction, please reach out — we'll review your situation and do what we can.
Content corrections before printing: If you spot an error in your book before your order is placed, you can edit your book at any time in the platform at no cost.
Our Refund Policy
Because every Memory Binding book is a custom-printed product made specifically for you, we do not offer cash refunds for correctly printed orders. However, if your book has a qualifying issue (see coverage above), we will reprint and reship your book free of charge.
For exceptional circumstances not covered above, please contact us. We evaluate every situation individually and always aim to find a fair resolution. Our goal is your complete satisfaction — and we mean that.
